Job summary

You will monitor daily operations, document procedures, assist scale-up and qualification of systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements in a fast-paced semiconductor materials environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in high-volume chemical manufacturing or related automation/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SPC, FMEAs, MOC, ECNs, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities follow written procedures with safety and quality first.
• Monitor daily production, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Document procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, and control plans.
• Verify batch records and process documentation for accuracy.
• Support scale-up, commissioning, and qualification of new systems.
• Participate in EHS/quality programs and conduct risk assessments.
• Analyze SPC data and lead investigations into nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Control System Engineers and Quality Engineers to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare Engineering Change Notices and MOC documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to entry-level engineers and technicians.
