Job summary

Unusual Machines is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead daily packaging operations and the Packaging Associate team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time shipment. You will collaborate with Procurement and other departments to standardize packaging across UMAC products, including ESD-safe materials and foam inserts.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach the team, and manage changing workloads in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, manufacturing, fulfillment, or a related environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing workloads.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify problems, resolve issues, and escalation concerns when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and track operational progress.

• Ability to identify packaging concerns and communicate product handling or protection requirements to the appropriate teams.
