Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Full-Time Packaging Supervisor to lead a dynamic packaging team in our onsite facility. You will monitor production, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, competitive hourly pay between $29.50 and $31.50, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

• Strong quality control and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the packaging department and lead a dedicated team.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure high-quality production output.
• Balance line inventory and reconcile packaging job materials in ERP (Plex).
• Schedule and organize packaging staff for dry/wet cleans and downtime.
• Verify labels and lot codes on products and support lead decisions.
