The role blends creativity with CAD proficiency and hands‑on prototyping in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires CAD/graphic design training and experience with ArtiosCAD, Kongsberg CAD Table, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• College coursework or equivalent in CAD, graphic design, drafting, or related field.
• Experience using ArtiosCAD and Kongsberg CAD Table.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural packaging and display concepts using ArtiosCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to create packaging solutions that support customer requirements and sales objectives.
• Produce and assemble packaging prototypes and samples using a Kongsberg CAD table and hand fabrication methods.
• Evaluate customer requests and develop manufacturable packaging designs.
• Maintain detailed CAD specifications, print information, project records, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing and tooling personnel to ensure tooling orders and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide support for artwork, graphics, and special design projects throughout the organization.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards and production feasibility.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager or General Manager.
