3M is seeking a Packaging Specialist for the Illinois Territory to drive growth across Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets. You will lead end user engagements, collaborate with sales teams, and pursue multi-location opportunities while ensuring territory penetration and attainment of sales goals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle; relocation may be authorized and travel up to 25% is possible.
