Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Alabama is seeking a Packer to work on the 1st shift. The role involves preparing cartons, manually packing and palletizing product, and performing final quality inspections.

You'll follow packaging specs, monitor labels and seals, and operate basic line functions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and about one year of production experience, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cartons/trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons.
• Visual inspections of final product packaging for integrity including bag registration, code dates, prices, seals.
• Fills cartons/displays based on packaging specs and ensures proper labeling and sealing.
• Stacks cartons/trays on pallets using correct patterns; may use pallet jack for weight up to 300lbs.
• Performs sanitation tasks and keeps work area clean following safety guidelines.
