Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a 1st Shift Packager for a Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3pm role in our Assembly Shop. The Packager inspects finished parts, packages per specs, and ensures packaging meets inspector approval before shipping.

Forklift certification is required, and you will complete documentation and maintain schedules per handbook guidelines. There is no specific education or prior experience required; attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a goal-oriented approach are essential to meet

Qualifications

• Formal education: No specific educational requirements.
• Experience: No specific experience required.
• Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems, computer operations relative to data entry and ERP system.
• Certificates and Licenses: Royal forklift certification required.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Goal oriented to finish tasks to meet shipping schedule.

Responsibilities

• Packager duties include receiving finished parts, visually inspecting for defects, and packing per specifications.
• Prepare packaging using bags, bubble wrap, foam, etc., as required by customer and internal specs.
• Complete proper documentation for each manufactured part.
• Identify and package parts per customer specifications.
• Mark all parts before final inspection and obtain inspector approval prior to shipping.
• File paperwork and maintain a reliable schedule as set by the supervisor.
• Follow safety, quality, and other company policies.
