Premier Packaging is a growing manufacturer of packaging solutions. We seek a dependable, safety‑mocused team member to operate packaging and assembly equipment during a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

The role emphasizes quality checks, material handling, and collaboration to meet production targets. You will join a cross‑functional team that values initiative, reliability, and continuous improvement, while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs assisted.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate stitching and packaging equipment (stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun, bundler) per guidelines.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure correct product assembly.
• Perform routine housekeeping of workstation and shared areas.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to meet standards.
• Move corrugated materials and collaborate with forklift operators as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and optimize workflow with the team.
