Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking a Packaging Specialist to manage receipt and documentation of processed tissue and to support tissue shipments to irradiation facilities. You will perform extensive data entry of production records, generate process orders, and maintain labeling accuracy.

Collaborating with QA, IS, Production, Purchasing, and Planning, you will help resolve daily operational issues, initiate CAPAs when needed, and improve traceability across departments.

What You Will Do

This role manages the receipt and documentation of processed tissue from contract clients, performs extensive data entry of production records, generates process orders, prints and reprints labels, and supports tissue shipments to and from irradiation facilities while conducting quarterly dose audit verifications. It collaborates cross-functionally with QA, IS, Production, Purchasing, and Planning to resolve daily operational issues, initiates CAPAs, and conducts investigations for nonconforming materials. The position works closely with Inventory and auditors to ensure proper relabeling and compliance, facilitates accurate tissue transfers and traceability across multiple departments, and assists with receiving, inspecting, and stocking packaging and labeling supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy and equipment upkeep. Additionally, it records daily Key Performance Indicators and provides necessary reports to management.

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
