Job summary

The ideal candidate has either a High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate degree with 1 year of related experience, working in tissue banking, healthcare, or medical office settings.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with a High School Diploma in tissue banking, medical device, healthcare, or medical office environments.
• Or one year of experience with an Associate degree or higher in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage donor and graft records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate donor chart workflow with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform SAP-based release, hold, and tissue movement transactions.
• Prepare and review quality and production reports and analyze data for graft reviews.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role reviews and manages donor and graft records to ensure accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and timely product release; coordinates donor chart workflow and documentation with internal and external stakeholders; performs SAP-based release, hold, and tissue movement transactions; prepares and reviews quality and production reports; analyzes data to prioritize graft reviews and maintain donor management systems; investigates non-conformances; and supports continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and process optimization efforts using LEAN principles.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
