LifeNet Health is seeking a Support Services Technician in Virginia Beach, VA to support facilities operations, logistics, and donor tissue shipments. This on-site role contributes to operational excellence and timely delivery of supplies and packages.

This role performs a variety of general support functions, including moving equipment and furniture, shipping packages, conducting minor grounds inspections, and safely operating vehicles and warehouse equipment for transporting supplies and materials between facilities. It fulfills support requests promptly, ensuring timely delivery of interdepartmental mail, personal packages, supplies, and unprocessed human tissue shipments. The position also unloads incoming deliveries, places items in the proper holding areas, pulls and prepares inventory for customer orders, receives and documents all incoming shipments, performs initial inspection and storage of unprocessed donors, and stocks and rotates supplies according to established inventory methods.
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
