Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years progressive sales experience.
• Multiple years in consultative sales with medium to large businesses and lengthy sales cycles (3 months to 2 years).
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and your calendar of events.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer needs and determine the right packaging solutions.
• Bring in our experts when needed and collaborate with our design team.
• Engage with customers on final product changes to drive sales growth.
• Grow and manage a book of business with ongoing account development.
• Overnight travel will be expected.
