Job summary

RRD is seeking a Packaging Associate in Utah to assist with filling and packaging orders for mailing and shipment. You will follow detailed packing procedures and prepare boxes, labels, and shipping documents while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include operating relevant software, stacking and labeling items, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role requires attention to detail, basic arithmetic, and the ability to adapt to a 10‑hour 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse practices.
• Ability to stock, move, and rotate items per instructions.
• Basic arithmetic for stock quantities and packing calculations.
• Willingness to flex schedule including overtime or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and relevant software.
• Label packages and ensure accurate shipping information.
• Bundle, palletize, and secure items for storage or shipment.
• Meet productivity and quality standards; identify issues and escalate.
