Position Summary The Packaging / Shipping Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination of personnel and processes related to receiving, warehousing, and shipping within the Fulton Plant. This role provides supervision to associates in a multi-zoned, potential for multi-shift department to meet customer demand. The Packaging / Shipping Supervisor drives improvement in the areas of productivity, safety, quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency of deliveries. This position is also responsible for new equipment planning/floor layout/cost reduction initiatives.

The yearly compensation for this role is$67,320 - $83,160,is commensurate on experience and education, and couldpaymore or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
