The role emphasizes rapid development, documentation, and commercialization readiness. Responsibilities include designing and qualifying packaging options, coordinating with suppliers and plants, and ensuring compliance with product protection

Formación

• HS Diploma or higher; associate degree preferred in Packaging Science, Chemistry, Biology or related technical discipline
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative problem-solving and packaging materials knowledge
• Experience with packaging tools and supplier/plant collaboration is valuable
• In-person work 3–5 days/week at Mason location

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative packaging solutions and support design, development, testing and implementation
• Execute packaging tests and document results
• Prepare prototypes and inputs for experiments and decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and cost targets
• Build expertise in Habitat Care tools, testing methods and readiness processes
• Manage packaging options from development to qualification and commercialization
