Responsibilities

• Ensure finished goods meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and classify typical defects; distinguish critical, major, and minor defects.
• Alert operators to defects for immediate corrective action.
• Verify packaging specifications sheets are followed.
• Perform safe rework and housekeeping; clean line area when line goes down.
• Promote teamwork and assist in housekeeping, packing, material handling.
• Assist maintenance staff with machine housekeeping during downtime.
• Maintain safe work environment per established standards.
• Inspect work areas for unsafe acts/conditions.
