You will collaborate with operators and maintenance to address issues, uphold housekeeping, and maintain a safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina and vigilance in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Demonstrates strong attention to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Inspect finished goods to meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Identify and classify defects (critical, major, minor) and alert operators.
• Assist with housekeeping and line-side tasks to keep the area clean and organized.
