Job summary

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and at least 3 years in a related field, with preference for experience in corrugated packaging and quality systems such as TQM, SPC, and ISO 9000.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with at least 3 years in a related field.
• Computer literate and able to read product specifications.
• Preferred: 2+ years in corrugated packaging and quality disciplines (TQM, SPC, ISO 9000).

Responsibilities

• Perform closed-loop quality checks from corrugators through converting machines.
• Check quality against factory tickets, print cards and Mylar sheets.
• Verify caliper, dimensions, scores and board grade; ensure color match and correct glue lay-down.
• Document results and complete Certificate of Analysis/Compliance when applicable.
