Job summary

LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC is seeking a packaging associate in Stevens Point, WI to prepare and inspect product packaging after the HPP process. You'll set up workstations, identify damaged packaging, and report issues to maintenance while adhering to safety standards and procedures.

You will complete daily reports, maintain clean work areas, and participate in continuous-improvement practices. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within an essential logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Set up cylinders, tables, and necessary forms at the start of every shift.
• Identify non-conforming packaging/products and remove from the production line.
• Communicate any malfunctions found on machinery or equipment to our maintenance team.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed and submitted daily to the production lead.
• Clean work area.
