Job summary

Mars is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to address packaging non-conformances of in-bound materials at Mars sites, and to lead continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, food safety, and sourcing reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality with knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Advanced training in Lean principles and problem solving.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
