Job summary

Propellis, the Collide brand, seeks a Project Manager for key packaging accounts in a hybrid St. Louis office environment. You will facilitate the artwork development, pre-press coordination, and coordination with design firms, sales, and production teams.

You will manage timelines, communicate with clients and internal teams, and ensure accurate data and deliverables. The role requires multi-project oversight and strong attention to detail in a dynamic, global marketing services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college/associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience preferred in project management.
• Experience in the Print, Comping/Sales Sample or POP/POS industry.
• Proficient reading of work instructions and business memos.
• Proofreading skills required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and/or Client during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Lead and attend pre-production meetings for high complexity projects.
• Manage key accounts and client relationships with stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to requests from Clients, On-Site Personnel, sales and others.
• Communicate artwork issues with clients and internal/external teams.
• Document critical information impacting quality.
• Participate in process improvements and production meetings.
• Verify accuracy of supplied data against artwork.
