Job summary

OLAPLEX in New York seeks a seasoned Project Manager, Creative & Packaging Artwork to lead multiple packaging design projects from concept to final artwork. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from Marketing to Packaging Engineering, ensuring on-time delivery and integrated timelines.

You will support two designers, drive weekly check-ins, daily stand-ups, and manage risks with a focus on process excellence using Asana.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience specifically within Creative Operations or Creative Project Management, with a focus on packaging.
• High proficiency in Asana is required.
• Exceptional partnership-building skills; ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end project timelines for all creative packaging concepts & final artwork initiatives
• Own creating the overall creative timeline, balancing project deadlines and resourcing; building an end-to-end project plan
• Manage and integrate multiple project timelines into a single cohesive resourcing plan
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on creative deliverables and workstream dependencies
• Run weekly packaging design check-ins to track deliverables, drive alignment, surface risks, and manage competing deadlines
• Run daily design stand-ups with Packaging Design team, ensuring team knows daily priorities
