Propelis is seeking a Mgr - Packaging Project to oversee day-to-day client project management, timelines, and relationships within its packaging graphics, prepress, and print production services. The role leverages deep technical knowledge and consumer insights to navigate the project lifecycle, coordinating internal and external stakeholders in the packaging development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, graphic arts, marketing or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience or equivalent mix of education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day project sponsorship for packaging projects and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional input for design and packaging concepts within budget and schedule.
• Monitor production art development from handoff to final materials with agencies/printers.
• Lead design extensions across multiple structures/substrates for optimal print production.
• Communicate project priorities, status, and risks to internal and external partners.
• Facilitate timely issue resolution and escalation when needed to keep projects on track.
