Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Packaging Programs Coordinator to support end-to-end packaging development across multiple categories. You will drive timely delivery, manage critical paths, and coordinate artwork creation with cross-functional teams to ensure brand requirements are met.

You will work with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to optimize workflows, manage budgets, and maintain packaging specifications while upholding sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in packaging, retail, apparel or FMCG
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of digital asset management systems and artwork set up
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams
• Technical knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, sustainable packaging practices and relevant regulations
• Positive, can-do, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced, team-first, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development and execution of packaging solutions across multiple categories and product lines
• Support packaging development from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring execution on time and within budget
• Help define and manage critical paths aligned with go-to-market timelines
• Track progress, flag risks, and implement contingency plans
• Translate brand strategy and product requirements into creative briefs
• Coordinate artwork creation, revisions, approvals, versioning, and storage across SKUs and markets
• Maintain a packaging library with specifications, samples, and historical data
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Design and PD, and Retail teams
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and resolve project blockers
• Support compliance with environmental, social, regulatory, certification, and corporate responsibility standards
• Assist with workflow optimization, systems implementation, asset management, and reporting
• Assist with packaging budgets, resource prioritization, and production cost management
• Provide project status, risk, and milestone updates to stakeholders
• Document packaging specifications and insights testing results
• Assist with consumer or retail insights projects related to packaging changes
• Communicate packaging strategy developments to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
