Job summary

Courtesy Products, Inc. is seeking an early-career packaging operator to support the operation and supervision of packaging equipment. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and HACCP guidelines while meeting daily production goals.

You will provide feedback on production and quality, maintain accurate records in Oracle, and work with a team to ensure smooth line operation. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data.
• Minimum of 3 months related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment per training and SOPs to run the line efficiently.
• Maintain daily production rates and machine settings.
• Meet daily quality and production goals.
• Ensure proper date coding and monitor packaging for compliance; report issues.
• Record required data in Oracle and maintain accurate production records.
