Job summary

Courtesy Products is seeking a packaging operator to operate and support packaging equipment, ensuring quality and safe production in compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and HACCP guidelines.

You will monitor machine settings, maintain production rates, and ensure proper packaging code dating while documenting daily production in Oracle. DailyPay access is provided, and the role supports a veteran-friendly, stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as simple addition and subtraction.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables when standardization is limited.
• Minimum of 3 months related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment per training and SOPs to maintain production output.
• Maintain daily production rates and machine settings.
• Meet daily quality and production goals.
• Ensure proper code dating on packages and finished cases, report improper coded product.
• Record and monitor data in Oracle and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety procedures and enforce company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and assist in sanitation as needed.
• Train other employees in equipment operation and packaging processes.
