Job summary

Henkel in Seabrook, NH is seeking a Production Supervisor for Packaging to oversee packaging workflows, drive safety and quality, and deliver KPI targets in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a people leadership role in chemical production.
• Knowledge of core Operations, Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe workplace by identifying and resolving unsafe practices.
• Ensure employees are thoroughly trained in the operations they are performing.
• Identify areas where cost, quality, lead times can be reduced to improve machine utilization, lower scrap, and boost labor efficiency.
• Manage all factory operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
• Deliver against plant KPIs, budget, and projects.
• Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks and projects (20–30% of total time).
