Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Kentucky seeks a Packaging Supervisor with experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing to lead production teams. You will oversee staffing, training on safety procedures and SOPs, and resolve disciplinary issues while partnering with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

You will drive production efficiency, coach teams, review production data, and implement corrective actions. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of Team leadership to Production employees, including staffing, training, safety procedures, SOPs and GMPs.
• Resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions when required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Maintain targeted production efficiency and contribute to overall Plant efficiency.
