Job summary

KDC/ONE Groveport seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on a filling and packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and timely deliveries. You will coach operators, uphold SOPs, and maintain complete SAP records while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or supervisory roles, be proficient with SAP and HMI systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership in a GMP

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years in manufacturing/production or 2+ years in supervisory role
Working knowledge of FDA cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, SAP and HMI systems

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations on a filling and packaging line to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
Train operators on SOPs/WIs and reinforce housekeeping and safety practices
Log production and finished goods in SAP with accurate records
Perform in-process quality checks (appearance, torque, weight)
Coordinate cross-functional changeovers and project execution
Investigate deviations or failures to identify root causes
Maintain an audit-ready line and ensure GMP/compliance across shifts
