Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to guide and train the on-site workforce on the assigned production line. You will coordinate quality checks and help meet production schedules while upholding safety and efficiency standards. The role requires leading 12-40 employees, a high school diploma, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train production employees on the line.
• Coordinate quality checks on the assigned production line.
• Assign plant operations during shift to meet schedules.
• Maintain safety and ensure proper paperwork and record-keeping.
