Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to guide and train the on-site workforce on the assigned production line. You will coordinate quality checks and help meet production schedules while upholding safety and efficiency standards. The role requires leading 12-40 employees, a high school diploma, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Job Summary:

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
