Job summary

E.A. Sween is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member for its Minnesota production line. The role focuses on GMP-compliant packaging, safety, and quality tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will rotate through production positions, ensure accurate labeling and boxing, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills are essential to count and verify products.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP to uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE in designated areas.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Act as a team player and maintain excellent attendance.
• Show flexibility with work schedules and meet GMPs and policies.
• Execute food safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities to meet SQF 2000, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete mandatory safety training and use PPE as needed.
• Assist production by rotating through positions and following standard operating procedures.
• Handle equipment and PPE requirements.
