Job summary

Feed My Starving Children in Eagan, MN is seeking a full-time production associate to operate a food packing line and maintain clean, compliant work areas. You will ensure the production schedule is followed, package and prepare items for shipment, and perform quality checks on finished products.

Training for forklift and safety procedures is provided. Responsibilities include accurate records, end-of-shift cleanup, and active participation in team efforts to meet daily goals while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine packaging and operate production line equipment.
• Maintain schedule, move materials, and ensure timely operations.
• Uphold food safety, quality, and workplace safety policies (SSOPs, GMPs, personal hygiene).
• Conduct daily start-up activities and prepare equipment and ingredients for packing.
• Record production output, scrap, material usage, and labor hours.
• Prepare product for shipment, including repackaging, boxing, and palletizing.
• Check finished product quality and report issues.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed (training provided).
• Follow standard operating procedures for equipment.
