Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a graphic designer/production artist for a 3‑month contract in Addison, TX (remote Fridays). The role supports the Marketing Production team with print, social, and web deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in graphics/advertising art and 1–3 years of relevant experience, proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Mac. DAM workflow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Production team with print, social, and web deliverables.

• Develop new marketing materials for US market and update assets.
• Assemble assets into presentations and manage DAM asset delivery.

Work Location: Addison, TX (remote Friday only)

Duration: 3 month contract

Education/Experience Required: Minimum associate degree in graphics, advertising art or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with print, social, and digital artwork as evidenced in a portfolio of completed work.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• This person will be assisting the Marketing Production team and works with an Art Director in a graphic designer/production artist role to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
• Ensures that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications.
• Manages projects from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before release.
• In addition, this role is responsible for developing new marketing materials for the US market, as well as updating and maintaining existing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current brand and business needs.
• Responsibilities also include assembling assets into presentation documents and toolkits, managing toolkit delivery into the digital asset management system (DAM), and performing production tasks on product packaging jobs.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in graphics, advertising art, or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience with print, social, and digital artwork, as evidenced by a portfolio of completed work.
• Must be competent in working in a Macintosh environment and proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus
• The role requires strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• Must be competent in working in a Macintosh environment and proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus, but not mandatory.
