Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. in the Dallas area is seeking a Production Artist with 2+ years of experience for an immediate long-term role.

The position is hybrid—onsite four days a week and remote on Fridays, with hours 9–5 on a Mac. You will work with the Marketing Production team to produce print, social, and web deliverables, manage projects from setup to final proofs, ensure brand standards, and maintain imagery in the DAM/workflow system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Artist in a marketing/creative environment.
• Mac proficiency and ability to meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Experience with digital asset management and workflow systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Production team to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
• Manage projects from initial file setup through revision cycles to final mechanicals.
• Ensure deliverables meet file specs and brand standards across assets.
• Assemble assets into presentation documents and toolkit deliveries; maintain DAM assets.

Our Greater Dallas based beauty client is looking for a Production Artist with 2+ years experience for an immediate long term role; this role is onsite four days a week and remote on Fridays and hours are 9-5. You'll be working on a Mac and must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus! You'll primarily be working on print, social, and web deliverables.

• Work closely with the Marketing Production team to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
• Ensure that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications.
• Develop new marketing materials for the US market, as well as updating and maintaining existing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current brand and business needs.
• Manage projects from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before release.
• Exhibit strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• Proficiency t in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Responsibilities also include assembling assets into presentation documents and toolkits,
• You will also be managing toolkit delivery into the digital asset management system (DAM),
• Must show a portfolio with experience with print, social, and digital artwork
