Ancient Crunch Inc. seeks a full-time Packaging Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, sizing, purchasing, and delivery of packaging materials, focusing on flexible packaging for production.

Based at our Hackettstown, NJ facility, you will manage vendor onboarding, cost control, inventory, and artwork coordination while partnering with brand teams to ensure timely, cost-effective supply. Strong analytics and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement and vendor management in a CPg manufacturing environment.
• Experience with graphic-designed packaging (pouches, bags, printed boxes) is required.
• Ability to commute reliably to Hackettstown, NJ.
