Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Relevant professional work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an empowered, cross-functional team.
• Preferred: Systems Engineering fundamentals.
• Preferred: Manufacturing/packaging/production operations experience and change control leadership.
• Preferred: Data analytics and reporting with OT Eng collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes change control projects.
• Plans and qualifications of new equipment and testing.
• Participates in design reviews for machine requirements and specs.
• Provides training and support to Packaging Operators, Engineers and Technicians.
• Identifies and resolves corrective/preventative actions (Audit Actions, NCRs, CAPA).
• Collaborates cross-functionally with safety, quality, and operations to improve performance.
