Job summary

Gallo Winery in Modesto, CA is seeking a Pre Press Technician to join our Creative production team. You will ensure artwork is production-ready, compliant with regulations, and delivered on time by collaborating with design and client teams.

Using Adobe Creative Cloud, you’ll refine packaging artwork, verify files, and extend approved designs across product variations, while maintaining organized project files and supporting stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/HS with packaging pre-press experience reflecting increasing responsibility.
• Skilled in pre-press and printing technologies for packaging components and/or point of sale artwork.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents.
• Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Skilled in following written or diagram instructions.
• Skilled in solving problems with multiple concrete variables.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and proofread packaging files.
• Extend approved designs across product variations and sizes.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud to refine artwork and maintain files.
• Support internal stakeholders with production needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
