Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to provide immediate resolution of OT incidents on the packaging line. You will work within a ServiceNow environment to triage, log data, and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting on-site incidents, collecting data for root cause analysis, and creating knowledge base articles. Rotating shifts, including overnight hours, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting OEM packaging equipment.
• Proven track record in automation engineering for packaging lines.
• Experience with troubleshooting in ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site OT and IT incidents.
• Collect data for RCA and document findings.
• Create/update technical docs and knowledge base articles.
• Document all Level 1 troubleshooting activities before escalating.
• Meet established SLOs, including a response time of less than 15 minutes and data quality above 90%.
