Job summary

Manchester Industries, a Clearwater Paper Company, is seeking a Machine Helper to support the Wrapper/Bander area and assist Machine Operators in producing sheeted paperboard skids.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of production experience, and a strong focus on safety. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work rotating shifts, and collaborate with maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience or as a full-time student.
• Industrial production or operator experience preferred.
• Understand and comply with all manufacturing safety procedures.
• Able to work a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Wrapper/Bander area and in the final phase of manufacturing.
• Verify skids to order and prepare for delivery or storage.
• Stage orders in warehouse for easy retrieval and shipment.
• Wrap and band skids using approved tools and equipment.
• Support training of new Machine Helpers and other roles.
• Perform basic maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance Technician.
