Ideal candidates show a willingness to learn, can read basic manuals, and can read a tape measure. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures. Training is provided and a strong safety mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read materials and manuals for content understanding.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection and PPE provided.
• Learning mindset and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility.
• Assist machine operators with setups, jam-ups and tooling readiness.
• Keep the area around machines clean and free of debris and spills.
• Help ensure smooth production flow and safety compliance.
