Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Minnesota seeks a reliable Bagger to properly package, seal and stack product according to customer specifications while following safety and quality policies. The role participates in full CIP on both drying systems and supports mixing operations as needed.

Starting wage is $21.94 per hour with two pay increases within a year, schedule 7 AM–7 PM (2-2-3). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company contributions, PTO from day one, paid

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; pushing/pulling product weighing up to 170 pounds.
• Load bags or boxes to the dryer.
• Take samples of powder.
• Weigh the product and adjust the product levels to match the exact weight.
• Move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack.
• Use metal detector to scan product.
• Number the packages with marker.
• Perform work in accordance with Agropur SOPs.
• Complete work timely, efficiently and with quality.
• Maintain a clean work environment to meet GMPs.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
