Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, Texas is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. This role loads, moves material, operates packaging equipment, and follows Good Manufacturing Practices on a 12-hour D shift (7p-7:30a) at the Sherman plant.

You will follow safety policies, maintain clean workstations, monitor conveyors, inspect bottles, and restock packaging supplies while collaborating with the team to meet production

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Packaging Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
