Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. You will accurately record batch/lot data in PCLe and assist with changeovers and line clearances.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of packaging experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Safety and quality are paramount in this fast-paced facility, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Experience or trainee program in packaging/cGMP is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and departmental procedures with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and capable of accurate record-keeping.
• Team work and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate various packaging machines within established parameters.
• Adhere to Safety, Quality, and cGMP policies and procedures.
• Perform line changeovers and cleaning.
• Document batch/lot information in PCLe and ensure accuracy.
• Perform product and packaging quality inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and meet daily production goals.
