Job summary

A leading contract research organization in Tampa is searching for a Packaging Operator. In this role, you will operate and assist with both manual and automated packaging equipment while adhering to Batch Records and cGMP guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in packaging or a similar environment. Attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP/SOPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with setup of manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Follow Batch Record instructions for primary and secondary packaging.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of packaging rooms and equipment.
• Support material movement and reconciliation.
• Report deviations or issues to QA/Team Lead/Manager.
• Maintain GMP documentation and complete required SOP training.
• Participate in safety processes and follow all safety guidelines.
