Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking dedicated packaging operators to join our A & B shifts. You will set up and monitor packaging equipment and ensure finished products are correctly packed according to line standards.

The role includes potential Saturday work on a rotating basis, teamwork, and adhering to line leads and supervisors. A cold environment and multitasking in a fast-paced facility are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn multiple pieces of equipment (thermoformers, chamber machines, automated labelers, coding devices).
• Capable of working in a cold environment (36-42 degrees).
• Capable of filling out required paperwork documenting process checks.
• Capable of working as part of a team and following directions from leads and supervisor.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor packaging equipment across production lines.
• Package finished products according to line formats and rotate as needed.
• Assist in reallocating staff during slow lines and Saturdays on a rotating basis.
