Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.

• CRC certification encouraged; training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment to maximize production.
• Maintain safety and quality standards using LOTO and CCP knowledge.
• Communicate across areas to prevent downtime and quality issues.
• Perform product changeovers on various equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Backfill for Lead roles and cross-train associates as needed.
