Job summary

Sofidel America in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking Packaging/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will follow safety procedures, operate and set up equipment, perform basic maintenance, and document production data on a shift basis.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and quality procedures. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental procedures and use safety PPE as required.
• Operate and set up packaging/machinery to meet production requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance and write work orders for non-correctable issues.
• Record productivity and quality data on a shift basis with accuracy.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure safety and quality standards.
