Job summary

Sofidel SpA is hiring for a manufacturing/operator role at our Circleville, OH facility. The position focuses on safely operating machinery, adhering to quality standards, and supporting LEAN initiatives to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, setting up equipment, and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental procedures and use PPE.
• Understand customer specifications to ensure finished goods meet requirements.
• Record productivity and quality data per shift; communicate non-conformities.
• Maintain clean work area and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize waste and maximize output.
