Job summary

Hubbard Feeds Inc is seeking a Packaging Operator III to operate sacking equipment and ensure adherence to quality guidelines in Springfield, MO. In this role, you'll be responsible for packaging feeds per specifications and providing mentoring to new staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Ability to work in varying conditions (hot, cold, noisy, dusty).
• Must wear protective gear when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all sacking equipment to sack feeds as specified.
• Notify leadership of any out-of-spec quality conditions.
• Complete assigned work orders and tasks in a timely manner.
